Our team promotes and supports technology-enabled learning, with an interdisciplinary team and a broad range of services.  We are currently seeking a Lead Instructional Design Specialist.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects related to the integration of digital technology into the College’s curriculum and provide assistance to faculty to develop the methodologies and strategies for improving student learning outcomes.
  • Support traditional, hybrid and fully online courses through the use of instructional design pedagogy and education technologies. 
  • Manage and deliver face-to-face and/or online workshops, written materials, and online content. 
  • Coordinate and lead projects designed to assist faculty in using technology-based instructional efforts to create great courses.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Master's degree in Instructional Technology or related field and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience required. Supervisory experience preferred. Must have experience with educational/instructional technology software, Web Conferencing tools, multimedia development software, Quality Matters
