Brief Summary:

Marist College invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor in Communication, specializing in integrated marketing communication to begin in the fall of 2018. At the undergraduate level, there are more than 800 communication majors across five concentrations, making it one of the largest and most dynamic departments on campus. In addition, there are about 150 students in our online graduate programs in 1) integrated marketing communication, and 2) in communication with a focus on organizational communication and leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Candidates must be able to teach a range of on-ground and online courses both at the graduate and undergraduate level in areas such as integrated marketing communication, public relations, advertising, social media, communication theory and organizational communication.

Qualifications:

Ph.D. in communication or relevant field with professional experience in communications or related field desired. Ideal candidates will have college teaching experience, with graduate and online teaching experience a plus.
